I'll be there snapping pix until about 2pm then I have to head out to speak at an event. I'll be home later and may pop into Mulligan's to see everyone. Bummer I'll be missing combat but it'll be great to see everyone.

We are running the Phoenix marathon 1/18, so we aren't going to this one..maybe next time. Then headed to Las Vegas the day after (our reward) for 3 nights...:)

Wow - there will be A LOT to do in B-Lo. I am really looking forward to it. Yes, I was in Canada this past weekend - just got home. It was a great quarterly. I met many many new faces - they are very nice up there in Canada. :)

I will let you know my flight schedule when I have it. I'm sure it will be awhile though - they usually don't send them out this early. If you want me to teach on the Fri. night let the agency know so they can schedule me that way. That would be fun!

Frances is a great girl. I trained her in BA - she was already step certified when she came on board with us. Just a beautiful girl - inside and out.

That is a really good idea about having "program coaches/leaders". I do that as well in our clubs. You really need someobody to oversee the teams and coordinate/organize launches, evaluate and upskill and make sure each team is up to par. I do the upskilling for the company with step, attack and pump, but I utilize many other instructors in our clubs for the areas that I am weaker like martial arts and mind/body.

Thanksgiving was great - heading out to New York City for the Northeast agency today to help out with some things. Gotta run - gotta train to catch in a couple of hours.

Hi Jill

Vive training was GREAT!!! You will love it, such a different essence and feel from the other programs, learned something new each day that I could apply to teaching all the programs. Have fun with Karen, she is super sweet and Fantastic.

Wont be going to the Big House this Q, too close to the holidays and trainings and launches. Hopefully I will see you in March

Hey Jill,

You are sooo Lucky to have Karen Torrell, she's the BEST of the Best!!! I wish I could be there with you all to see her in action she is Phenomenal, I was on cloud 9 when I got to hang with her during my BV training! So should I call you Ms. Sponge Jill, so you can soak up all that you learn from her!! I know I do not have to tell you to have Fun since I know you will!
