Hello CC!
Thanks for your message:)
It's great to meet you!
I've been teaching Les Mills programs for 8 years now. I love them all!
I am a National Trainer for BS and powerpool, so I need to specialize on these two. I also teach BC, BA, water and land classes, so I had to drop BB for a while. Now I want to get back to it pretty soon. Maybe now I'll drop BA for a while.
What else do you do besides Bodybalance?
Hope to hear from you soon,
Have a great week

Hi There
Hope this finds you in good health and spirit.
Have you started doing BB41 yet? Its a wonderful release so graceful and flowing, especially love the taichi warmup, sun sals, balance and hamstring tracks. The rest is good to.
Take CAre

Hey CC,
Thanks for the friend request! Master of all 8 - not sure about that but can definitely teach all 8. Right now only teaching BC, BB, BS, BV, BP and a little rpm. However my guru of guidance = the amazing Kylie Gates and I have set some goals and she 's convinced me I need to drop rpm - and she's right! To be absolutely awesome at a few programs, you have to decide to specialise and do what you truly LOVE with all your heart!
I have on more than one occasion been called a Goddess - but I'm sure there was ulterior motive behind that!
So my friend, where are you from and what's going on in your world? Stay in contact - I like to keep in touch with my friends - so don't be a stranger!
Take care
Shaz

Hi, CC,
I separated from the Navy in 2005 then became a defense contractor. After being laid off in March, I took the opportunity to pursue a full change of career into the fitness industry. There is still a video between me and my teaching BJ solo, but I'm studying the chorey pretty hard now that I'm a certified PT.
I am hooked on the LM classes, though, and hope to certify in many of them soon.
How is Taiwan?
Cheers,
Larry

I saw from a post on Larry's site that you did your Ph.D. at JHU
I went there undergrad (then went on to a masters and a JD)
Are you in Taiwan now teaching BB?
That is SO cool
Do you ever make it back to the US?
I am in Gaithersburg about 45 miles west of Baltimore
I dont teach BB (BF here) but we do have it at our club
Hit me up if you're ever back "home"

My time finally came - yesterday I was at the quarterly and you were so, so, so right! #41 is amazing. Not only has it fantastic music, it even gave my a thorough workout in my hips (either I have an overmobility in my hips or I have never got it right; either way it made me really *work*).
It was really worth waiting for!!!
