I'm looking forward to the new year, 2008. My club is getting ready to launch our new Body Balance and that is always exciting. This will be my 6th launch and I feel more confident than when I first started. I still love Body Balance the most out of the Les Mills classes that I have experienced. I continue to participate in Body Step and Pump. My club is hoping to add Body Jam and Combat. I will of course give these a try but it will be hard to find anything that can knock Body Balance from the top of my list!!! I will keep an open mind though. If it is Les Mills I know it will be the "best". I hope everyone has an awesome 2008!
