Hey Gary,

I'm doing Great, Thanks for asking and offering to help! The storm went East of Dallas & Ft. Worth but hit hard in Houston & Galveston. I know Instructors & Trainers in Houston, Mcallen, Katy. I have heard from a few that had only had to deal with no electricity for a week but I am concerned about the others and how the clubs held up for them. Well got to get bacik to work, can you tell everyone "Hi" for me and I will chat with everyone soon. Thanks.

And yes... training with you was awesome.

I'll be doing my video soon. After that I will Team teach with all my friends from initial training.

Hey Ironman Gary!
Hello from the OC! Looks like you're having some great LM fun in Louisiana!

Went on a little 25 mile bikeride this am. Great way to start the day! I'm hooked! I'm a wanna-be RPM'er - but no gym nearby offers RPM - so I'm a spinner and a roadbiker instead!

Ironman - now that's what I call going for greatness! Keep me posted how great you're going!
