Since starting the Les Mills experience back in 2001 I have not been able to get enough of it!!! I am now a Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist. I am certified in BodyPump (which was my first), BodyFlow and BodyCombat! I absolutely love them all and even after 7 years I have continued to love LMI and the amazing classes that they bring us.

I look forward to many more years of LMI and group exercise classes to enhance the fitness going experience for ALL participants!!!!
