Qualified To Teach

Recovering from a killer Fall Fitness Fest at The Club. Six launches, one day, thousands raised for JDRF by our great team of instructors, staff and dedicated members. Oh, and 77 degrees in November. Never looked up at the sun during the chest track before.

Rocked with the RPM launch team of Jim and Melissa to over 40 riders on a beautiful Saturday, and Body Pump with Darren W., McKenzie, Rebecca and Peggy to the hardcore Pumpers who turned out. And Mrs Smith delivered the killer kata with her Body Combat team of McKenzie, Annie, Numeda and Brandi, and stepped hard with Body Step's Annie, Scott and Cari.

Now to take it to the end of the year - rolling out all new music and moves, getting ready for those "inside" months.

Maybe see you all in December at the SE Q in Charlotte.

Elena	Soooo....I have decided to ask our fitness director to add Body Jam to our lineup...I wanna teach it soooooo bad...and yes I am a big Motley Crue, Poison, (actually any 80's hair band fan) YEY....don't worry, RPM is still my fav :)

It was great to see you as well at the Q. I was feeling a bit under the weather. I have a cold apparently, but I will feel better eventually. I only made it through 3 classes. In Woodstock I did 5 and still went out in ATL that night. I was exhausted! But at least I did my favorites and learned some new things. I hope your release goes well. I guess you better start learning some music, huh? Take care!
