hi all.

its sunday and rach an i are in canada at the canfitpro convention.
yesterday we had just shy of 800 attending the workshop and it went off!!
started the day with attack and finished with jam.

frodo (glen ) and i went hard out with pump , with the back up of the canadian team.
combat was SICK! the floor was on fire! 37 just does not get any easer!

tonight were going on the good life cruise with mo and patch. and im pretty sure it will be a funny night.

Must tell you how great it was to see you in NY! BC37 is the bomb! Love the new eskeeva. Not sure if I spelled that right, sorry.

I am never more appreciative and fired up as I am now. I have recently done a freestyle kickbox class. I think there was only kicking in 2 tracks. You and Rach are the KING & QUEEN for chorey. No lie. Music & moves all balanced exciting and fun. LOVE YOU!!!

Thanks for the memories last weekend. Here is our great photog.

CanFitPro 2008 in Toronto was fantastic! The BC intensive was fabulous and BC37 was wicked!!! Truly enjoyed meeting you at the intensive and it was an honour to be part of LMI day and participate in the classes you taught! The weight you did for chest in BP was ridiculous!!!!! BC was "sick" and it truly felt like the room was on fire!! Thank you for continuing to inspire me and always giving us instructors a truly great release for BC each and every time. Look forward to attending another BC class with you! Will be in Australia in February 2009 and will be making it to New Zealand, hopefully to catch at least one of your classes....

I'm from Brazil, it's very good hear and see how our martial art (CAPOEIRA) is getting strong and recognized in many contries around the world, thanks to you and Rachel!!! Hi Dan. I enjoyed meeting you guys and had a blast at the Q. It was my very first Q and well worth the trip from New Orleans. I know you enjoyed the rest of your stay in NY and hope you didn't throw any pennies off of the empire state building. As I told you, that is dangerous!!
