I am finally playing around on my new Les Mills page and slowly responding to messages from my training...and I found your page! I would have never thought this was the first class you have taught b/c you are an amazing instructor. And I have to tell my cousin, Mary (who comes to your class) that we were right about your gymnist past. You will have to say something to Mary, she was also once a competitive gymnist!

Hey Drew!
I met you at Shiloh on Friday a few weeks ago, needless to say I didn't make it to your BC class on Sat. morning! Will have to check your class out soon. Just finished my pump training and got a profile on here and wanted to say hey!

Hello Drew!
Good luck for your Les Mills journey!
Bodycombat is great, I've been teaching it since release number 1. I also teach Bodystep and Bodyattack.
I love to watch gymnastics on TV, the Olympics are almost starting.
Nice pics!

You should totally do the ATTACK training! It's really a fun class to teach. My knee is finally at a point where I can do some of the plyo-lunges again--although they make my butt really sore. Then again, anything that makes my butt sore MUST be good for me. ;-)
Thanks for the b-day wishes! I said, "Forget the cake, gimme a martini!" and didn't look back. Besides, green olives are really good for you, particularly if they've been soaking in vodka.

Hey Drew
How are things with you? Life with me in Sunny England is going well. Apart from teaching 17 classes a week and loving every minute of them, I am also Personal Training.
After reading your profile you mentioned that you are a Personal Trainer. How are things going with your Clients? I am looking to get a balance of around 15 clients and maybe cutting back on how many classes I teach which I dont' really want to do. Perhaps I could do 15 Clients and 17 classes.
We are launching the new releases this weekend and I know that it will be off the wall.
Oh well I will end here, have a great weekend.
Talk to you soon.
Nikki

Well when you move back to Coloradobe sure to look up Greenwood Athletic Club because they have the best instructors and programs there. I worked for them and they are like family to me. Keep doing it big.
You Rock.
