Update: yippi just got my RPM assessment back and passed. How fast was that!
When I was little I was that "wild" child-either running crazy and never sitting still or spending time tied to hospital beds.
Poopooooed in my country in the old days -going to the gym was something that actually took the edge off and left me much more balanced and boosted my immunity system greatly. Never looking back I got involved into sports through Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Modern Dance and Long distance running. Then a few years back - bored with the bad "combat" teacher at my gym an opportunity opened and auditions for Bodycombat went underway. Now there was no stopping me -I got involved in a great program, where trainiers took you by the hand, taught you the ropes, and then send you into the world to spread the good deed of changing lifes- one person at a time. What better way to channel your energy. Now I am teaching 4(almost 5 -RPM tape is to be done soon) programs 7 days a week and would not change a thing. How rewarding is it when you hear your class partipants grunting and sighing under the hard work, getting feedback of lost pounds, reports of more happiness and feeling great, comments on feeling stronger and more empowered. This is what gets me to the gym everyday! GLOBESITY- you got nowhere to hide!
