My Bio: By day: Health Scientist @ the National Institutes of Health. Apres work: ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor; MDA Certified Spinning Instructor; LM Certified BODYPUMP Instructor; LM Certified BODYCOMBAT Instructor; PSIA Certified Level II Alpine Ski Instructor. I teach classes at Gold's Gym Downtown Silver Spring & at Fitness First Health Clubs. During the winter months I work PT as an alpine ski instructor at Liberty Mtn, PA.

Leslie Ann	You ready to tackle BC 38??!?!? I have no idea what to expect (haven't heard anything about it) and I'm not going to the Quarterly this weekend, so I'll just wait and be surprised. I'm glad to hear you officially passed!
That means you'll be around for a long time :-)

I should have new BC/BA/BS tomorrow and I'll probably watch them all this weekend, along with UFC 91.

Things are going well and I admit I'm getting burned out on BC 37 as everyones been doing it for so long. Thus I will probably add more BA/BS for a few weeks until people are doing old releases.

Most of the launches were a disappointment to me so I'll probably stick with just Rockville and Midtown launches next time.

BTW what release(s) are you currently doing? I still have the passes you gave me.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Liz. Hope all is well. We start introducing BP68 on Monday and having had a chance to learn it yet guess this weekend will be a chorrey weekend.

Barbara	You should see me limp around...:) I had to find tracks for BodyStep with minimal hamstring curls, they HURT!!! We had a blast despite the pain!

Concert was amazing, we had sick seats right next to the stage
Didn't get to connect w/Alex but talked to him briefly
Now panicing about teaching BA/BC tonight after doing nothing but eat for 4 days
No rest for the wicked
