Hello Eleanor,
I simply love Body Flow, I am working on becoming more flexible and balance. We were taught on BP40 and Julie Anna was outstanding and knowledgable. We had a wonderful time and I when I prepare to teach solo. We have completed the re-launch of B66 and the program launch of BF40. All went off very well. I am preparing to get my motorcycle out of the shop, so I can get some riding time in. Those helmets looks Kool. Let me know when the South Central group will be close to my area so that I can schedule another trip to hang out with your team and learn how to be a role model.
The upskill was very helpful in correcting some of my technique. I also love my BF colors and working with those individual with join personalities. Take Care

Hey Eleanor,
You were so helpful last month when I contacted you regarding certifications. Thanks so much.
I do have more questions for you. We are trying to start a Body Pump Express class and I have the info on that. This one, however, will be for Seniors. Is there any educational info on seniors taking BP??? I think we have a huge opportunity with this and we are calling it Body Pump Silver... kinda catchy! Let me know if you have any thoughts. Thanks for all your help!!!
