Hi Ellen,
It's me Crystal..... how did the video turn out? You did great so I hope you were happy with the class. Signed up for attack training in January, any pointers. I am so excited. Attack has been my favorite program for a while now so I am really looking forward to the challange!

Hey Girl! well some bad news...i have a stress fracture and have to wear a boot for 4 weeks :( so unfortunately I won't be able to sub for you next week. Its super frustrating not being able to do attack or anything high impact...hopefully ill be good to go in 4 weeks!

Hey girl! Thanks for the support! Yea my foot has been bugging me...I've been trying to lay off of it for a while...yesterday I took a spin and today its hurting pretty bad so I am going to a doc on monday to see whats going on...I know i am supposed to teach for you on the 25th and I am hopeful i still can...but i'll have to let you know for sure after my doc appt on monday. sorry i'm not able to committ just yet but hopefully it will work out. have a great day!

I was just thinking about you. Jam training is this weekend....woo hoo....gettin pretty nervous....so out of my box! I'll definitely keep you posted.
How did Pump go tonight? I thought you did great on Mon. teaming and I KNOW you'll do a fantastic job on your video Sunday. You're definitely ready. I'm gonna jot down some of the things we were talking about tonight and email you in the next day or two. I know it's so much to think about..... It'll go great!
Psyched that you'll get to do Attack on Thursdays at JI now....sweet!
