What's up BUFFY?!?! Killed any vampires lately?
I know, it's going to suck we can't meet up. However, I really meant hooking you up with some night of fun and excitement...and hopefully on the HOUSE!
You two were fantastic! Give MIKEY a shout for me and keep me posted on BC up your way. I'm launching with another instructor on Tuesday...YIKES! This past weekend started our Launches off...I taught BS and BF (as usual) in the morning and then launched BP, Zumba and BJ. Then saturday morning did a little BS and BF rehearsal...MY BODY HURTS!!!
Okay, off to spend a little R&R with the wifey...gonna veg and watch some Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters.

Love the pics of your dog! I just got a puppy about two months ago-a French Bulldog. She will be 4 months old in a week or so. I attached a pic of her-Mia.

Hi Sarah-
Just wanted to say hello and I enjoyed meeting you and Mike this weekend at Combat training. It was such a great experience and you guys added such a great energy to the group-it is obvious you have the passion and love what you do! Hope to see you guys soon in the ATL!
