Hey guys!! I have been teaching Body Jam for Les Mills for a year now!! Can I tell you that I absolutely love it?! I teach at Ladies Total Fitness Gym in Maryville Tn.

I have always had a passion for performance, dance, and singing. Although, I am not the best at singing. I am not the best at dancing either, but if you have the passion that is all you need!

My other favorite Les Mills classes to attend are Body Pump and Body Flow.

Les Mills looks so Awesome on you! Did you know that you can be "Flirty at Thirty" so Have Fun doing that this year!
