Hi all,

Well what is there to say, Hannah is the name..... go and see me in a LesMills class, that will say more than thousend words.

I am a official BODYJAM instructor.
Hopefully it will be BODYSTEP next!

I HAVE SET MY GOALS HIGH AND WONT STOP TILL I GET THERE!
One day I will make it as a National Trainer for Bodyjam......it just needs a lot of work, practise and fun!!!

Must say Rachel Newsham you are my big insperation!!Or should I say Rachel Cohen ahahha
Everytime I see you on a dvd I get inspired to work harder, teach better and climb higher up!!
Who knows where I will end up one
day..................

WHOOO SUPER QUARTERLY WAS ON FIRE!!!
It was great, amzing, full of passion, tryring but an experice I will never forget!
3 Hours with G....jammin with 500 people.and G how good does it geat! The Bodyjam team was AWSUM!

Bodypump with Glenn and Petter was also great!
Seeing all the barbels go up and down....whooooo...

Remi	Hey thanx voor het compliment. Dit weekend was zeker mega gaaf.... (vandaar MEGA kwartaal) Ben volgens mij weer een paar kilo afgevallen.... Haha.... Nu weer gewoon aan het werk, wat een atmosfeer change.... Maar ja.... op naar 2009. keep in touch en send some pics would love 2 see them.

Hiya Hannah,

Great to hear from you!!!
Heartbeat was soooo AMAZING...there is still a buzz around the club.
We have $26,000 so far...Yay!!!

You are so right it was just AWESOME to have Dan and Rach here...it was off the hook!!!
Everyone thinks Dan looks like Vin Diesel.

And they were both so great with the Kids and I think the enjoy the Karate Club coming in to demo for them:)

Mayra	Hai Hannah, jam is echt vet. Ze hebben weer iets nieuws wat je echt zal gaan verbazen. an je timetable te zien xie ik je zaterdag ocht bij de pump en bij de jam, geen combat??? Greetzz Mayra.

Vickie	i had my QLY yesterday.... Jam 47 is a Hot Release - salsa and the house block are just undescriable, and i love how it has 2 different levels to it (will help my participants enjoy it alot more) all the other releases were awesome too =D Your gonna love it =D x
