Subbing Sunday solo so will give the whole release a go
We have a holiday in the US on Monday so its a long weekend (and of course I'm teaching every morning!)

HI Brenda, launch was fantastic. The class loved it and there was lots of great feedback. I'm launching at another place tomorrow so se what the gang think of it there too.
Glad you are enjoying 36 still. I never got sick of teaching that release. Actually taught it at another gym last Tuesday.
What's the weather like?
Here we move into spring next week. It's been getting a little warmer each day. We have had a cold winter, but no where as cold as Scotland. LOL.
Love hearing from you

Hey Brenda thanx for your reply. I attend classes in Kelvin Hall, Springburn and a free class in Barmulloch, and all for combat, lol.
NZ was amazing, you seriously have to go if you get the chance, you'll love it. For me, getting the chance to meet Dan, Rach, Lisa O and the rest of the guys you see on the DVD (and which I dont) was truely a wonderful experience.

Hi Brenda! So nice to "meet" you - thanks for your message! You will love the new releases. They were just phenomenal at the quarterly this past weekend. Of course, I pooped out after just three classes, but I watched most of them and they were fantastic! How can they not be when the stars from New Zealand are there to present? Enjoy the quarterly and receiving the DVDs, and I look forward to hearing about how it goes for you out there in Scotland! :)

TAG YOUR IT!!!!!!!!!
Here are the rules:
A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player lists 6 little-known facts/habits about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 6 people and posts their names, then goes to their profiles and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your profile.
