Hmmmm...What should I write here????

Plain and simple is how I roll.

I was so out of shape and overweight at one point of my life that I could not walk and get the mail (at my own mailbox at the end of the driveway) with out being out of breath.

I got hooked on RPM due to a few awesome instructors (Gold's Kingwood Rocks!) and droped 64 lbs in three months..

I train like it is my last day to ever workout. I teach to those who don't think they can make it, I push those who think they can, I reach for those who want to but have not.

A few quotes I tend to use in my new RPM class:

>If your not dry heaving, your not trying hard enough!
>All I want from you is all you got!
>Lets go chase down the Pain Train!
>Grip it and Rip it..
UPDATED: "If you feel like your going to pass out, lean on your neighbor and see me after class"

....and my personal favorite:

>All for One, all on one wheel!

My mentality toward our RPM program would be best as described by my mentor Mike S....>

Eleanor	DUDE! Rock the house!! I was just thinking about you the other day. How's the RPM coming? I've got a Monday p.m. class here where our office is, and I am having a BALL!!! I haven't taped yet, probably will hold off till after launch now. Keep in touch kid, come up to Ft. Worth & see us sometime!!
