Hey Jennifer, I wish we were getting Combat at our gym, this is truly my first love. I can't wait to begin training, once I complete my team teaching period. I really love this Body Flow spirit and mind set. Take care

Thank you for the birthday wishes! ...and sorry I never replied before about the launch. It went really well we filled up the room both classes and really got people excited about the program. I now have several regulars in the early mornings and class is full every Sat. Are you doing Combat? I'm so excited about that one! RPMs coming up, too! YEAH Les Mills! :-)

I am so glad you took home as much as you did from the upskilling event prior to the workshop. We have been receiving tremendously positive feedback from instructors who have gone through this process, saying how much it has helped them improve as teachers.
