Kia Ora! I am a BodyFlow and BodyVive Trainer living in the midwest teaching BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyVive, and RPM.

I believe you gotta be passionate about what you are doing! Live your life, and find the joy in the simple everyday things you often take for granted.

What do I love? Teaching fitness... especially BodyFlow, RPM and BodyJam and BodyVive. The ocean. Thunderstorms. Lava Flows. Magic Moments when time stands still. The people who are in my circle of true friends. My beautiful and amazing seven-year-old daughter Aria whom I adore, honor and respect.

HAVE FUN!!!!!!....

1. I just learned how to eat green peppers this summer and now I am addicted.
2. I lived many non-traditional places when I was growing up including on a sailboat(8 years and in the Hawaiian rainforest.
3. I traveled to Russia and poland in the musical Peace Child back in 1987.
4. I recently caused an evacuation of Aria's school--
(Long story short we were having the Brownie Scouts Dance party in which I choreographed and taught the scouts the troup dance- and in my wisdom I thought that a fog machine would be soooooo cool. It was (that is) until the fire alarms were triggered and the Fire Department paid us a visit... did I mention that the principal knows me by name!)
5. Olives are my favorite food
6. I have talented toes and tend to use my feet as second hands! And a big-toes-up to you all!

Erin Nichole	YAY! Great to hear from you! Yea, I'm totally stoked about being an instructor now. I love it! Seattle is great, but I really miss OFC- you guys are all awesome, and I definitely wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for you! Tell everyone hi for me. :) Hope your Vive training goes well.

Hey girl! I feel like I haven't talked to you in FOREVER!! I am so happy to hear that you are moved into your new house and that things are settling down a bit! You deserve all the happiness in the world, my friend!

I am enjoying life on the "darkside," but I do sometimes miss being blonde. Oh well, it makes for a fun change. And it has been fun to shock people!

Thanks for the congrats! I wish you guys were going to be there with me. It definitely won't be the same without you!
