Hello from Birmingham! Thanks to all of you for my sweet birthday messages, and thanks to Crazy Carol who somehow keeps us all informed about everything.

Quick info: I am certified in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYFLOW, RPM and (almost) BODYJAM, but am not teaching much now while trying to keep up with the Les Mills US Sales Team. :) I spend most of my time learning all I can from Robert, Rodney, Kris and the gang, and hanging out with my 4 AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL kids, and brand new puppy. :)

So, I hope all is going well for you, new and old friends alike. I hope to meet more of you this year. And drop by and say hello. I would love to hear from you.

Earl	Man...looks like you're the traveling fool. TX, LA, etc...how's the 'Bama thing going? I haven't even had the chance to get to a SC Q! Will try to work on that though. I just heard about Facebook a couple weeks ago. Lately when I'm on the computer, it's been a quick on then off. Hope all is going well. Stay in touch. Earl
