Started in the fitness industry in 1988 Ireland, worked in a small chain called Apple Fitness.. 1989 moved to New Zealand worked for Total Fitness which later became Pro-Fitness..
During my 5 years in NZ I also worked for Annalise Corberger (National Skier) traveled with the NZ World Cup Ski on world cup races throughout the US & Europe.. During my stay in NZ, I also worked for Les Mills, Christchurch, where I taught some classes..
1994 moved to Nagoya, Japan where I met my beautiful wife Miho, I worked as club manager for Hilton Fitness Center..
Then moved to Taipei, Taiwan in 1999 worked for California Fitness Centers as club manager till 2002 also moved to Seoul, Korea to open a club during this time..
When back to NZ for a year, wrote a book on fitness..
Then moved to Jakarta, Indonesia where 3 of us started up Celebrity Fitness, we have 14 clubs in Indonesia & Malaysia at present, we are currently going on a big expansion plan..
Also I love RPM, Pump & Balance.. Les Mills rocks big time..!!!

Hi JJ!!! Thanks for your message.

It's really long time since we've met... Are you in Jakarta ?
Next week i go to jkt to help Capi and Ana to give the PJump Training. I told Capi that i can make it for jakarta .., for surabaya if i go will be so long out of here... I got all the classes and Pt, and also David (local manager) plans to go to surabaya to get the course... will do my best to help the instructors and cf.

If you there, and want to do any class together, just let me know, will be my pleasure!! I think the training starts from 9am to 3:30... after this I'M READY!!!! hehe

Winda	Hi JJ, I love, love, and love the Special Blast Class held at CF La Piazza last Saturday! Lotsa energy from you and four other instructors and of course from members... I trully love it. Hope CF can held similar event next time, maybe at CF EX or Pluit Junction?
