what's up d.j. frietsch
i cannot wait until i'm conditioned enough to be able to go back to back with the esquiva. man all day thur. i was sore. and then i worked out at the extreme makeover house setting the trusses and sheeting the roof from 9:30 to about 7am so my legs are a touch fried. hope you had a great weekend and I'll see ya monday morning

hehe Silly...of course I'll "like" the music...I teach both programs ;) We have our big Launch this Wednesday...we are calling it Wicked Wednesday...we're even dressing up in costumes :P

We launch the new releases next week and I am about to burst out of my seams already with anticipation....I sooooo can't wait!!! November typically is a slow month for gym attendance...close to the Holidays. I have no doubt you will shed those last 2 lbs :P Glad to hear you're enjoying the new Combat release? What do think about BodyAttack 62...boogie?!?! ;)

That is just freaking awesome!!! Great job!!! I think you need to look up in my friends list for Brannon...he is my best friend, a Pump Instructor as well as Pump Trainer. You need to read his personal story (: Shoot him a friend invite!!!

No need to thank me...just thrilled that you drank from the Attack cooler and now you're hooked!!! I love that song by Vanessa :] I just switched the Rocky theme song from our abs...we're doing I believe in a thing called love by The Darkness...good ab work too!!! And for T5 Wasabi!! lol I kinda go crazy on that track...but not as much as I do for Track 7 (love Muay Thai) :P

ha ha welcome to the fun and crazy world of the millsspace. i see you already found some people to chat with. i have to say i've seen a drastic change lately with you tech. in combat either you're awake more now when you enter or mixing up the classes is giving you a better feel for it. either way keep up the good work brother

Awesome news! I love Pump too!! I think I'll be making that my third certification :D I know how long weekends go...I'm sure I gained a few lbs there too lol but it's all good. Attack will trim that off nicely ;) How about Combat?!?!
Round Rock is just outside Austin. I'm 2 1/2 hours south from Dallas...planning a visit :P
