Hey out there -

Just returned from the Boston MANIA - great energy and such fun instructors. Josef and Don rocked with me on Track 9 in BODYATTACK on stage. Way to represent the fellas.

Heading down to Puerto Rico to do a GFM and present BODYATTACK with Ibsen. Fun! Wish I could stay longer.

Getting geared up for this round of quarterlies - Maryland, Canada and Vegas. BODYSTEP 74 in the house - finally! Thanks to all of you for your kind words and support - really means a lot to me. xoxo

And yes, the santa suits were supposed to be a joke! It was hysterical.

Wow, it was so great to hear from you! Sorry, it has been a while since I have checked my LMI page. You were gearing up for attack that up coming weekend, how did it go? And last weekend was quarterly for you right?
Ours is this coming weekend--soooo excited!!!Are you scheduled to be in the Midwest anytime soon?
Went by a couple of clubs today, they are taking on BP--Yeah!! It is a start!!Training is Jan.--cannot wait. I am in deep withdrawal!!!! Especially Bodystep--I lived for teaching it, I miss it sooooo much!!! I'm not giving up on these locals though--just have to get them hooked-LMI Rocks!!!!

Hey Joella!
Missed you at the Burlington Quarterly....I'm pretty sure I saw you during pump but missed you throughout the whole day! aw shucks! I was really hoping to talk to you! Your instruction seemed really awesome but as I don't step or attack, i opted for the rpm classes and education sessions!
How did you enjoy the day?
Any advice you can offer on line re: full-time work in the fitness field? All of the national trainers really made me think that that might be a way I'd like to go.
