I think I need to do ATTACK!!! I want to get mean and lean too!!!! Glad your teammates had a good experience! (thanks) The Q is being held in conjunction with the Philly Mania in Feb. Feb.21-22 weekend. I'd love to see my Jersey team there!!! Tell Thomas I said HOLA and that it was nice to chat with him a bit.

Jon,
What a wonderful "shout out" to your leader. I feel the same way about Don Murphy...he's my inspiration. We're blessed to have those National Trainers on our teams!

Hey Jon,
Boy you are looking mighty buffed there big guy!!!! WOOOHOOOO Must be all that BODYPUMP and then ATTACK to get you all leaned out right! Anyway, Had a blast with your friends from Jersey. It was an awesome training and they will all do fantastic with BodyPump!!! I told them that you told me to work them over a bit (so I did) and you know what ????They loved it !!!!!!!
So great to hear from you? Hey I am doing Pump and Jam for the next Super Q in Philly are you coming? I hope so.

Hey Jon!
I'm doing good, you? You won't believe but I stopped teaching BODYJAM so I didn't even learn the new release's choreography, plus I moved to NYC so I only teach 1 day a week at The Club at Woodbridge (thursday). I wish I could go cuz it's always an excelent experience, but the travel would be a problem I guess.
