How ironic to hear from you...I took a month or so off and I am trying to finish my flow this week. Hopefully I can bring it all together and make it look as effortless as you did in training..I only have to get the back track down and I will be done. I will let you know how it goes. So great to hear from you! I never got a chance to do FLOW 35. That was when I was in the process of moving and switching clubs. I do have it, and I LOVE the music. Maybe after we launch 42, I will have to get it out!
I actually decided to stay home from the Q this next weekend. It was a difficult decision, but I have not had a weekend off in a while, and I feel like I might need to reacquaint myself with my family. There will be other Qs, I am sure.
Hopefully I will make it out your way again soon! Say "hi" to the crew for me!

Girl! You didn't need to send me anything! Although I have a feeling I know what it is, and I am extremely greatful! Glad things are going well! Be sure to let me know when you tape! I had this last weekend off, which was nice. We did a BODYPUMP COLLEGE for St. Louis Metro (8 clubs), which was so much fun! Crazy what we find "fun," right?

Thanks for all of your help during flow training...you really knew how to help me make it to the end. You are an awesome person...wished we were a bit closer so that I could take some of your classes, you are the best! Keep in touch. Your South Texas friend.
