Qualified To Teach

Hi,

I have been teaching Les Mills programs at Double Diamond Athletic Club in Reno, NV, since Body Pump 43 (Enter Sandman by Matalica is still one of my favorite chest tracks). Starting with Body Pump then almost yearly adding Step, Flow, Jam and Vive.

Although born in the Bay Area, Reno has been my home since I was six. My husband and I enjoy two fun and energetic children. Teaching Les Mills programs sets my soul free as well as energizing me from the inside out.
