Here's a big Texas hello to my LesMills Family!

About me..... I'm 27, married, mother of three amazing children and committed to keeping myself as fit, healthy and sain as possible!
I love being on this journey of life and experiencing all it has to offer me! Since I only live once, I don't just want a good life, I want an incredible one!!!

I actually stumbled into the fitness industry because of my theatre background. I have a BFA in Acting and a personal trainer friend of mine thought teaching Group X would be right up my alley..... well, it WAS!!! Being a dancer all my life, when I got my first taste of Body Jam, it was ON!!!! I wanted to be a part of that!!! So, I got the ceritfication, upped my fitness level and wanted MORE. Because like most of us, I am an ALL or NOTHING type....
I am now certified in JAM, ATTACK and PUMP. I am crazy about the LesMills programs and the life changing experiences I get to witness everyday. In a world full of stress and struggles, I consider myself so lucky to have a job that builds people UP, and challenges them to become more than they ever thought they could be!

LIFE IS AMAZING!!!! TURN IT UP!!!!

C-MADD	Sweet! I'm heading over to Rio Mambo that night @ 6:30 for some drinks before Jam. I teach Step @ 5:30, shower, drink, Jam, crash (into bed). Can you think of anything better? Maybe a little bow chica bow wow!

Congrats on you new addition.

How are you? How are things in TX. I miss everyone tons. I am super busy here. I am the Physical director at the YMCA, so not only am I running the group x programs, but I am in charge of a fitness center, personal trainers, and a youth center. Busy but good. We are going to add Flow in the fall. I can not wait as I miss teaching it tons! I am just teaching Pump right now.
