Hi Ken!
WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW it certainly has been a while since I last saw you! How is life lately? Hopefully your doing good and enjoying yourself! I miss you and I think about working with the team all the time... Memories lol :D
But Im working at a gym now, 'Achieve Fitness' and it is great but will never be the same lol...
Trying to get back into Les Mills myself... Are you going to Quarterly in Charlotte? Let me know cuz I want to go, but not be by myself lol. LETS DO IT! lol :D
Do you have any pics from the gym? Group pics, classes, anything? I wanted to put some up, but I dont have any :(

Thanks Ken! I am teaching and I love it. I just moved back from VA and I love being back with Sacha, Kelly, and Jacqui. I miss GX and the rest of the gang, you included.Hope all is well and you had a good Christmas. <3
