Hi Stud, great news, the YMCA is going to get the programs. We got approved for BP, RPM, BS, and BC. They are stil working on getting the details finalized so I will hand it over to you when they are ready to go. This should be easy!!!! How are things going? Looking forward to getting back to teaching even though I will only be doing BC to start. Talk to you soon,

Hey there!
Have a question for you, Ms Business Development...do you know if LM instructors (not trainers) get any kind of discount when ordering LM clothing on-line either through the Midwest, French line or NZ site??? I am hearing mixed messages and cannot confirm. I thought only certified instructors/trainers could even purchase these items???

Hey you,
Well I did the Standing Strength Track and Hip Openers. Kurt G.(Something) Great Flow Trainer I guess he is the 2nd Trainer in Flow. I learned so much. I have to cut my size down to hopefully allow me to do some of these stretches better. I am not sure when we launch sometime in January. I will def keep you posted and you should come to NY for the Dec 6 Quarterly..

Hey Kari,
Our launches went great! We had 40 Plus people for both Pump Class's and 30+ for our Step Class's. We had 24 New members from the launch so it was successful in that aspect.
Flow Training is this weekend. I am really looking forward to it. I ll keep you posted to how I do.
