WOW!! So, are you still living in Brandon?
I'm doing good!! Class numbers are going up again. I think some of the stress in my life, affected my numbers. There seems to be a Combat Renaissance at CW. I'm excited to start at TPM. Plus doing those tasers at CPK. So, I'm pretty busy.
The family is doing well.
Too bad you missed the class, I dedicated the cooldown to you (I did Blaze of Glory).
You need to come back and take class. If anything you could see if I have improved :-)

Just got back from the trainer summit in NY- BodyPump is going places!! The Super Q was CRAZY! 750 bars all going up for C&P's at the same time- what a site!!

Anyway, if Dan and Rach were coming I would definately be there. Since, I started a new job (I don't get those big commissions anymore); money is another issue. We have back to school shopping to do.
If the next one is in Orlando, well maybe I will have to go to that one.
Yeah, I know Katina is coming. That was one of the things that was having me lean towards going. I love hanging out with her. Plus, I get to see you and the rest of the group. However, it is $70.00 and it's all day.
So, I think I'm sitting this one out.
