HOw are ya my Linda girl!!! SO good to hear from ya? What's going on with you lady??? I had another one of your girls in a Jam training!!! (I think I told you this) but anyway she rocked and once again like our C&C movement factory you inspired another rockstar!!!!!
You go girl. Way to change lives with your incredible talent and love of what you do!!!!!! Hey I am coming to your neck of the woods again for Jam.. I wil be at Sport & Health in Alexandria VA on the Dec. 12-14 weekend. Not sure if they will open up their Master Class but I can let ya know if you want me to.

not officially vive'ing yet -
on hold with some programs, going into week 4 of classes and it is going well. Cant wait till I can add the 'body' classes - bringing pump in next week and vive maybe Dec but may have to wait till Jan. :( however it will be awesome whenever it gets rolling - we did a taster for Jam last week - it went really well may have to add it sooner then I planned - definitely not a bad thing! so any way enough about me..... check out my next message to ya!
