i find it hard to understand because when i use a translator the words come out muddled up,i just have to un-muddle them myself hehe.

thanks for the message.im fine thanks how are you?
ive been a little bizy decorating and painting around the house so i have missed alot of gym over the past weeks,plus the kids broke up from school for 6 weeks so it was hard getting the gym.i need to get back into it because i normally do 3 to 4 classes in a row without even thinking about it but at the moment im feeling it lol.it wont take me long to get back to normal.
