Hi snowy greetings fro Sweden too : ) Yesterday it came here, its very early for the south parts of Sweden, but never the less its all white here now, not much but white and cold... Im having a hard time driving my car with my summertires hehe. Maybe will change tomorrow. Else I´m doing dine, training a lot and 2 days ago I got massage on my back, that was nice and well needed too : )
Nice to see that you are doing well and liked the new releases. Did you do more than bodyjam? Have you heard bodypump bodycombat or bodystep maybe? Now our instructors ar shifting 2-3 songs to old ones and today we did my favourite no 1, Tribal dance as last in the bodystep : )
Working or studying or both, or why are you soo busy? Cant be just the gym right? Or have you maybe found Mr Right? : ) Yes December is coming up soon, and christmas too. Spending it at home or abroad? Where are you off to next weekend then?( Hope you say Sweden sometime) : ) Yes I can imagine that you like to travel hehe, must be a lot of flying miles on your account hehe.

Preagu kimpus ...mis praegu..alates novembri algusest- põskkoopapõletikuga, antibiotkad on varsti nagu kommid! Koguaeg sellele vaatamata vaja ju trenni minna.

Kahjuks sind küll ei leidnud....kõik Combatikad panid saalist sellise vudiga minema, et oi oi oi :D Ilmselt kartsid, et ...its not over! :)

Hi you ; ) How are you this week? Im just fine, a bit bored by this rainy weather... I long for the summer now : )
Influenced by you I also bought a new pair of training shoes, not as extreme as yours maybe but very good for BC and BS. Asics Sensei, very good for your feet.
