good question. my shoulders stayed sore for a very long time...then when i would teach combat they felt like they were breaking off. not until i dropped down to 1 combat a week did it go away...and thank you for making me remember that.
gotta listen to your body and take care of it. don't want an injury that takes forever to heal, right?

YES we just love our little girl and she was with me all the way in BB 66. Gave me all the strength I needed to stand and deliver!!!
