RPM™

I am employed full time as an Echocardiography Technologist and perform ultrasound exams on the heart. I have been teaching RPM for a litle over a year and that is my fun job. In fact, I don't even consider it a job. I am totally in love with Les Mills classes and just love RPM and teaching. If a member asks me what the difference is between RPM and cycle, I never put down cycle but I'm off and running talking about Les Mills. In fact, they probably wished they never asked. I tell them about our team of experts who plan the ride all the way to the history of how Les Mills began, LOL.

I have lost 100 pounds through diet and exercise and have a passion to help people to get started on their journey. I have overcome many obstacles on my journey and feel I have a lot to share. My members are extrememly important to me and they know it.

I have tripled my class attendance in the last 6 months by creative planning.

I plan to eventually take another speciality but have wanted to get grounded first in RPM, plus I just love RPM so much.

Connie	Hi there Linda, Hope you are well. Moving out of your winter and into spring as we move into our Autumn or as you would call it Fall. We didn't have a summer this year only 2 day over 30 degrees Celcius, plenty of rain and storms. Hopefully Autumn will be better. Take Care Connie

I grew up loving him and still enjoy his movies etc. We have a long weekend this weekend, Australia Day Weekend, so just relaxing. Pics are just googled, images enter and a whole stack come up, pick what you like and save as to your file (Documents, pictures) then write a message under the message box is attach an image, click browse you know the rest.
