Just quickly, heard this quote from John Wooden, the Basketball coach that won more UCLA championships than any other coach, including 7 in a row! It's about basketball, but you can apply to a lot of things in life. Hope it gives you a little inspiration like it did with me :) :

“At the end of every game, only you will know whether you really won or lost, and it will not be based on the points on the board, cos there's sometimes that you play no where near your potential and you beat the other team just because they are terrible, or cos you got lucky, and if you got more points on the board, but you didn’t give it your all, your a loser, cos in life what you give you get to keep, what you fail to give you lose forever. If at the end of the day you have fewer points on the board but you gave every ounce of soul you had on that court you know you walk away the winner because they may have been lucky, they may have had more skill, they may have had a better team, but they didn’t get more out of themselves.”

Michelle	Hey, how's life.... Here is everything oke. Last weekend we had the Mega Q. It was great and big. Glen & Gandalf has enjoyed this Mega Q. My favourite classes to give.... At first place RPM, but I also love to give BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK. XXX :)
