I have been thinking of going through training for Body Pump, I know this will take alot of time and effort and $$ ,so before I commit,I have to be sure that I can endure it and weigh the impact it will have on my family, schedule and body!

Brannon	It has been a long time! Things are great "down south". Been very busy with Pump and spin, and now going to Attack training this weekend! I can't believe it is here already! Are you liking the new releases? Come downtown sometime! Or, to Lincoln Village, I start teaching a spin class there this week on Thursday nights at 6:15pm. Talk to ya later, Brannon
