Qualified To Teach

I instruct RPM & BodyPump at Golds Gym-Peoria. The world's best gym with the best instructors around. My fellow instructors inspire me every day with their passion and dedication.

It all started with the bike. I began competitive cycling at age 14 and continued racing for the next 17 years. That's when I turned to indoor cycling classes at the gym and a short time later I was asked to be an instructor. Fitness has always been a part of my life and I can't imagine it not ever being there.

I love teaching RPM and Pump and Im totally addicted to the Les Mills programs. It truely is the best I've seen in group fitness.
