How's it going? Are you still aching from Saturday? Just wanted to drop a line - it was fun to hang out with you again. Let me know when you sign up for the Attack training... because you are SUPERMAN!
I'm attempting to learn all of BP 64 so I can bring it to my classes this week... I'll let you know if it works out.
If I don't talk to you before - have a great Thanksgiving in Indiana.

I hope so too. My neighbor is making the DVD for me so I havn't really watched myself yet - just on the camera (too tiny to see much). How's thing going for you? Are you going to add Attack to your Les Mills resume soon?

Hey Nick, you are totally Welcome for the message and that is Awesome what you all did for her at the SQ! Everything is Great here, very busy and crazy of course and yes launch time is a Blast too! So whats the weather like up there now and have you to a LMSC Quarterly or have you been to Texas? Hope to hear back from ya soon.

Are you addicted yet? I knew it couldn't be too long before you took the Attack plunge! Good to see you in class on Monday. Too bad I almost died trying to teach it... haha. Guess I got a little excited early on, plus didn't help it was my 4th Attack that week. You were getting on very nicely!
