WOW!!!!! What a great weekend. I had a fabulous time at the Super Q. It was great seeing my LM friends from around the country and meeting some wonderful new friends who share the love and passion for Les Mills! To my Brick Body girls, it was awesome hangin' with ya this weekend!

Second tattoo is DONE!.....it's big and it's bad...I love it! 2 sessions...3 hours session one and 2 hours session 2...I got in my zone and did not feel a thing. I am already thinking about my third....

Officially done with summer school- 2 weeks of vacation before I head back to work. Now it's just the pool, the gym, and whatever other trouble I can get into!

I'm headed up to NY for the Super Q.....Can't wait!!!!!!!

I DID IT.....Got my first tattoo today (6/28)! I decided to get a tattoo that represents my love for all the LM programs that I teach. I had 4 butterflies done each one represents one of my programs; so one is red, one is orange, one is green and one is purple.

The new releases have arrived! WOW, they ALL look fantastic! Time for chorey crunch.......word is we launch the new stuff in July!

Is there a 12 step proram for this site???? I am TOTALLY addicted...but ya know what....so what! This site is awesome. If you stop by...drop me a line!

Was born in NYC and lived there for several years but then moved to Jersey but continued to spend many weekends in the city (that would be NYC) I've been living in Maryland for the past 15 years. I still make it up to the city and Jersey every 4-6 weeks- just can't get enough.

I am addicted to Broadway shows- my most recent favs: HAIRSPRAY, WICKED and AVENUE Q. (saw all shows multiple times) I know the words to all the songs :-))

I started out as a member (back in the late 80's) taking many, many classes a week (sometimes 3 a day!).
Along the way,I have had some OUTSTANDING instructors who motivated, inspired and encouraged me to make the move from member to instructor.

It all started with a traditonal step class....I am AFAA certified, and still teach step. BUT...the journey got even BETTER when I added PUMP in 2005, ATTACK in 2006 and VIVE and COMBAT in 2007!

I love being part of the Brick Bodies Team!!!!!!

My daytime job- I am a special education teacher. I have my masters degree and continue to work on my 60 credits beyond my masters degree.

Hey Allison,
Man what a weekend right? Man I had so much fun especially at the after party then Mulligans. I always love sharing experience and teaching techniques with other instructors. So much fun hearing what you do in your class's.

So you like our studio? its pretty amazing anytime your down in Utica NY stop in any time to take or teach a class with us.

Allison, where do I start? lol you were so great to talk to and I'm glad we got to share our clubs members together. Use every count in the music people!! lol It was so much fun, the whole day was a awesome experience. I'm glad I got to meet alot of great new people and share some words with the internationals. i'm gonna post pics soon so look out, let me have any you have of me and you or the other girls. ttys. Girl it was definatly amazing! Just taught Bodyattack, and I swere I always have that extra "oompf" after a Q. I still cannot believe I got to be very front for BS and BA, and kinda front for combat. pretty amazing..thats for sure. I really loved meeting so many new faces, now I just have to find them all on here!!
definatly send me those pictures, I cant wait to see them!! And I cannot wait to get the cd of photos in the mail, to see us rockin it out!!
