I've been teaching group fitness since I finished grad school in 1992 (don't do the math, it's been a while). AFAA certified in group fitness and PT since 1992. Taught hi/lo, freestyle step, kickboxing, weight training and core training. I was a freestyle devotee for years and years, until Les Mills came along and changed my life. I teach BODY PUMP, BODY COMBAT, BODY STEP, BODY ATTACK, and BODY FLOW
Current teaching schedule, all Gold's Gyms:
Mon morning Gburg 9:30am BP
Mon evening Rockville 6pm BC, 7pm BF
Tues evening Gburg 6:30pm BA, 7:30pm BC
Wed evening Rockville 6pm BP, 7pm BS
Thurs evening Gburg 6pm Abs, 6:30pm BC, 7:30 pm BF
Fri morning Gburg 9:30am BP
Every other Sat morning RV Town Square 9:30am BP, 10:30am BS
Sun morning Gburg 10:00am BA
When I'm not at the gym, by day I'm a forensic scientist (yes like on CSI - only not quite as glamorous) and attorney. I travel around the country to train cops, attorneys, judges, scientists, sexual assault nurse examiners and physicians about how to identify, collect and preserve evidence. January 18-24 Tampa, FL for back to back DNA for Defense Attorney and Post Conviction legislation meetings and LM w/my girls Erin and Janine
February 13-21 Denver, CO attending my annual American Academy of Forensic Sciences conference
February 22 Philly for the LMMA Q1!!!!
