BODYPUMP™

I am 25 years old, and am crazily, incredibly, blissfully, happily married to THE Josh Boldman :) He's famous to me, and that's all that matters! We just had our first child, Ezekiel (Zeke) on April 20, 2008. He is a sweet, happy little boy and we are incredibly blessed to have such a great little guy. Being a stay-at-home mom has been a lesson in true contentment and creativity!

A former professional ballet dancer and teacher, I have started my journey into group fitness by jumping the "fence" from participant to instructor!

I had an absolutely amazing, uplifting, EMPOWERING experience at Pump training on October 3-5, 2008...and I PASSED!!! I am so excited to continue my journey as a BodyPump instructor! My trainers were an amazing inspiration. I never imagined that I could feel so strong. BodyPump has helped me increase my confidence and strength, both physically and emotionally. Plus, the added bonus is being able to say, "WHAT baby weight?!"

Starting soon, you can catch me at Winter Park Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. :)

You did an awesome job yesterday. Thanks so much for sharing in that experience. I will get the pics out very soon. And we'll get copies of the tape for everyone. It only recorded 53 minutes so Scott had to cut short tracks 7-10. But we got lots of good stuff.

BIG DAN	It was great to meet you at practice! and Welcome to the Les Mills Family. I know you are going to be a GREAT BP Instructor! I'm looking forward to working with you. Amy	I shadowed for the first time on stage this morning at the LFF in Winter Garden! What a great feeling! How are things going for you? I will be part of the launch at the LLF in Winter Park next month.
