Oooh, I'm your first message, I feel so special:-) Yes, I am so sore again today! Mostly it is my hip flexors from all those darn lunges I had to do on Saturday! But I feel it all over! I am in the same boat as you, a whole lot of instructors at my clubs so not much room on the schedule for me, but that is partly why I went for the Pump cert--there will be lots of times to sub classes! But hopefully I will get my own sooner or later over the next few months. And I know it, those videos are so stressful to record and you never quite feel like you are totally yourself when you have that camera rolling!
My kids were also VERY glad to have me back, although I'm already pulling my hair out with them! And I think my husband was ready to walk out and leave them if I didn't come back to take over! Good thing the women are the mothers, know what I mean!
