Hi Romeo,
Thanks for the comment, it's just the angle the camera is in that makes it look higher.....I do love the ESK,it's a great workout. I'm like you,I'm hoping it will come back. Did you go to Dagenham to see Dan today, I tried to book in and it was a full house so I'm going fox hollies'birminham' instead.

Told Nerina u say hi, she says hi back, she doing well and became a Gran last week to a little boy called Caleb!!!
Hope all well with you, btw, do you know about combat that takes place in Bellahouston park with around 300 people taking part, someone told my friend and I have never heard of it, and I thought you would be the one in the know lol!!
Hope you got a good weekend planned, quiet one for me, hols in a few weeks, so gotta save pennies =D
