Qualified To Teach

Dude. Ashley Baker just kicked my tail. Went through Attack Training.....HARD HARD HARD - not so much physically but emotionally as well!! Ashley did an EXCELLENT job of taking care of us!! SO another point along the way of this journey! Its going to be a long hard couple of months as I put extra effort into this new challenge, as well as my PAYCHECK job, new house and friends. SO lets see what is in store!!

I would love to teach Step and Flow as well, SO that might be where I draw the line :)

Alrighty now....Life has changed a bit in the past 6 months :)

Currently launching three programs at my four gyms (RPM PUMP COMBAT - wow!)

La and I decided to drive to Houston (700 miles baby!) for the Houston Q - Rodney, Peggy, Shaunna, Shelton, Joella, Nicole, David, and the MILLION others that presented ROCKED my world. Jam was AMAZING! (Pinky and Robert put on an AMAZING show as always!!) A Q is always worth the time, the ezuation and the EMOTIONS that always follow!!

I got into teaching at the request of an instructor going on maternity leave who wanted me to take her class in 3006. RPM was my first program, then Pump 3 months later, Combat 3 Months after THAT and THEN Jam (with my Fav SWEAT TEA!)....needless to say, my mind could ONLY handle THREE programs all at once. I dropped Jam (I let LA take over for that!) BUT now I am ready for that next program! Attack or Flow anyone :)

Needless to say, my fitness journey began by an instructor who took an interest in my life as a participant and just asking the simple question of would I be interested in teaching!

The Kool-Aid that I have drunk is FLOWING through my veins! I want nothing more than to continue MY personal education while bring new levels to other's fitness, being an instructor that always looks out for the participant and remembering how I started!!

Michelle	Ruth, Ashley kicked all of our tails...which by the way.. mine still hurts! I loved getting to know you better during BA training. My next goal, other than learning BA 62, is taking your BC classes. You inspire me!! See ya soon.

Hey girl!
I had a good time as usual. My pants were a little too big so I was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that it was great. You did a great job and you always bring the energy. Yes, that little one is something else. He's really sweet though. You should see the 4 year old, he's the one who's something else!!!! I don't have anything planned so I should be there on Sunday. I'll send you a post if anything changes.

YoYoYo, Ruthie Baby, whazzzzup??!! YES girl, we most definitely did go through Pump training together and I had a blast! It's great to hear from you, hope everything's going well with you in da HAM! Wish we could get some more of the LesMills programs down here at my gym, but not sure when that's gonna happen. Congrats on all your certifications, looks like you've got quite the arsenal going!
I remember you being an AU fan, so a big WAR DAMN EAGLE to ya!! Are you ready for some football?! I can't believe it's almost here...this summer has been a blur! Did you get season ticket this year? If you're coming down for the opener this weekend, let me know so I can give you directions to my tailgate so you and whoever can come hang out with me and my crazy posse and enjoy some beverages and some great food!! Great chatting with ya, keep Turnin' It Up!
