Haha thanks! I'll take a look when I get home at the actual style but they're ASCIS cross trainers I know that much. Been wearing Nike Frees lately, but yeah the orange is a head turner! :)

Yo Russ, what's up? Good to hear from ya! Just got back from three days of information overload from the AFFA PT workshop in Mobile. Won't know my results until about 4 to 6 weeks from now so wish me luck!
As far as Attack goes, I took it for the first time at the Woodstock Q and loved it! I've thought about getting certified in it one day if my gym ever gets it but unfortunately, we don't have it as of now.
Are you ready for some football?! I can't believe it's almost here, this summer has freakin flown by!! How's your Wolfpack gonna be this season? I see they open up this Thursday night on the road against Spurrier and the roosters...ouch, whatta way to open the year! By the way, what sport(s) did you letter in at NC?
As far as my team, I'm pumped about AU's chances this season! We've got a great nucleus of players coming back and most of our toughest games at home and I think we've got the potential to make a serious run to Atlanta for the SEC Title in the '08! Hope everything's going well in the Carolinas, have a good one.
