Noticed you online, you must be back from your holiday, did you have fun, silly question I know of course you did.

My family and I have also been away for a week in sunny Queensland, Australia and are back home and it's back to cold weather.

Our members loved BV8 they weren't too keen on BB42 though. In a month's time we get the new material will be good to seen the new releases.

So good tohear from you. That's great that your members love BV7 ours did too infact I've bought BV1,2, an 3 and they love them too, they love anything they are given they just love the programme.

Sounds wonderful doing BF on the beach in Cyprus. Hope you have a great time there!

Hi there from Down under, I teach balance and Body vive so we have some things in common.
BB 41 is challenging and track 7 is hard on shoulders and neck but everyone is lovingit. Ive been mixing up my Body vive tracks as the love boat theme is too corny for some of my paricipants. What is the weather like in Finland??
Glad Ican add you as afriend, you look very fit andhealthy plus having ahusband that teaches Lesmills must be good as my husband doesnt understand why Im always listening to music. Have you any children????

Hope you are well. I have been doing BB/BF 41 for the past two week and absolutely love the release. The warm up is so graceful and beautiful, sun sals is so different but love it and it's approx 7.5 mins long, standing strength not too fussed about it, balance tracks there are two, are challenging alot of balancing happening there, hip openers definitely will feel them, core abs ouch, pilates 100 and lying frog hurt, core back is tough, twist is good, hamstrings is relaxing and the meditation music everyone loves.

Isn't BB40 the best release I really love this one can't find anything I don't like about it the music is brilliant as are the moves. My classes enjoyed it so much they asked me to do it for an extra two weeks. At the moment am doing BB23 which has been my favourite for ages and now has been replaced by BB40.

BV6 is also good I introduced the first 6 tracks on Tuesday and we had a ball. The interactive track is full of organised action, our people aren't used to it and some just couldn't get it right no matter what I said they wouldn't even follow the person infront of them, anyway made the track even more enjoyable and fun, gosh did we laugh. Can't wait until Tuesday when we do the whole class. Good luck with your classes.

Hi Paivi

You must have felt my thoughts I was thinking of you two this morning. So glad to hear from you and that your club has decided to stay with Vive. I too am loving BV5 unfortunately only teach one class which makes it hard with so many other programmes it's difficult to go over before I take it, but manage to do well.

BB40 looks beautiful haven't done it yet, just received the DVD's and had a quick look I think I'm going to like it will have to learn it this weekend as we release the first 6 tracks on Monday will let you know how it is then.

BV 6 also looks good at first glance but won't need to learn that until March when we release that one so you'll probably have it by then.

Yes, we are having alot of rain too the thunderstorms lots of flash flooding around the region due the the heavy rain pourdowns from time to time. Hopefully we will have some summer soon. NOthing but rain and humidity.

Hope all is well... BB39 is lovely. The blend is amazing and it is quite a challenge. We are team teaching this Friday with our trainer and we have a BB evening. So it should be awesome! I am very excited. So far we have about 25 people coming to join us! Trust Vive is also good fun, you must update me on the progress and how many times you are teaching etc. Love from the island, I hear you will visit us in May.... looking forward to it x

I am so pleased you are enjoying BV now, we had the same response at our gym everyone loving it. Because I've been on holidays, haven't actually taught BV5 start on Tuesday but started learning it today really love track 4 and 5 and I'm sure the class is going to love it too.
Haven't taught BB39 either start on Monday, do love this release but not really sure about the music for Track 1 and 2, guess I'll get use to it.
