How are you? Just stopping by to say hello...And that you have a friend in the UK.
Decided to make the switch from participant to instructor when I did my Attack training last August and added Jam in November. Ooh, those hips…It's so much fun…You can just let yourself go!! Also did my RPM training earlier this year as well. It’s been a busy few months!!
It's great to hear that you're loving Body Pump! I just love the new release. What about you? What release did you train on? Have you tried Body Jam? It's so much FUN...you’d love it!!
