Quick update: I DID IT.....Went for Jam training and holy dancin shoes.....I LOVE IT!! Best training I've done. Thanks for all your early on words of encouragement. Looking forward to rockin this video...but still lots of practicing needed!!! How did your assessment turn out? We trained on BJ 46. Are you teaching it now? Dying to know what's going on with you these days.

Hey Skylar! Well, its been a year since we went through Combat training together and I wanted to say thank you! You said something to me that weekend that has stuck with me and has given me the courage to step on the stage. "It's like acting" You memorize the part and step into the role I have said that to myself so many times. Thank you! I have actually been talked into going through Flow Training by my GFM! I never thought I would say Yes to that but its like you I am hooked:)

How are you? OK, calm me down, girl....I just did it....registered for Jam training....what am I thinking???? Scared to death but excited to challenge myself and step out of the box!
Was Mysti your trainer? She's doing ours. Pray for me....training is in November but can't even think about it much yet(despite the butterflies deep down) because we have another huge sampler launch this Sunday....gotta learn those other 4 programs first!!! Attack Track 4 is insane, no????

Thinking of you. Are you teaching Jam? How's the FLow coming along? No more "iron flow" right?? :)

What about your dad? What's the latest there. Keeping you guys on the prayer list.

Oooh..I bet. Do you mean the Q or Pump 66 launch? I absolutely loved the Q. It was great. I had a blast. 66 is okay, but I really love 67. Can't wait to launch it. Waiting to hear when we will.

Hehehehe no seriously when do you get the new stuff over there I think you are slightly behind us if I remember rightly, I did some tting in Florida this year and they were a release behind us nearly all but a few weeks :0

What???? Another cert???? You are amazing! JAM ON IT!!!!! I would love to see you in action with Jam. I bet you are great movin and grovin, girl! Congrats! Keep me posted on the video. Do you have a class slot you'll be teaching? Keep in touch :)
