Happy BodyAttack training!
The time is finally here. This was meant for you so I'm sure you'll do great.

And yes, this is a hard release.

When you come back next, you'll no doubt team teach with Joella.

The suspense builds!

You'll have a lot of fun (and pain) at the Attack training this weekend :-)

IMO tracks 3 and 9 are the hardest. Track 3 has seemingly endless supermans mixed in with shuffles and jacks. I am almost always gasping for air after this track. Track 4 requires some effort to get the most out of, but I'm sure you can handle the side-to-side jumps well.

Things are quite well here. We have Wendy back from Winchester to help make classes more fun. Mike Rowe taught BA at the Clarendon launch since all 3 instructors bailed on him. I don't think he's supposed to be teaching it though.

I doubt you're into UFC but I've very much looking forward to Silva vs. Cote.

I look forward to hearing how great Attack training was!

You are going to ROCK BA training
It IS a hard release but super super fun
I launched it w/Kristen last week and have'nt taught it again since
I teach Combat and Flow tomorrow after a week off
Did the Breast Cancer 3 day 60 mile walk and then went to New York to see Madonna
Very fun but I'm paying for it now
will keep you posted about Flow video, I'm waiting wtih my fingers crossed
Let me know if you come back for Christmas
I barely got to see you this summer
We need more play dates next time for sure!

Hi Satu! Yes, Aspen was really fun, but not at all relaxing. We managed to work in some hot tub time here and there to rest our weary muscles, at least. Lori kept us going going going! Toughest part was lack of oxygen, actually. I was convinced I would lose a few pounds, but actually didn’t. Oh well!

RPM is going great, thanks. I am launching at Midtown with a new instructor (new to DC, not new to teaching) next Friday. I still have to learn the chorey though! But I have a four-day weekend coming up (wahoo!) so plenty of time for that ;-)

Sorry to hear that the job isn’t so wonderful. I know what that can be like. It’s a tough call how to balance the need for money with your personal happiness and satisfaction. Ultimately I’m a believer that happiness trumps money, but only to a point! Do what’s in your heart and I’m sure it will turn out OK.

Best of luck at BA training. You will be the class rock star for sure!

Attack training!! YES!! But man, this release is pretty challenging. It seems like a normal attack classes, but for some reason I get winded teaching it. Please let me know how it goes. How is everything else?

Howdy Satu :-)
How did your flow launch go?

Things are exciting here. We get to take BodyAttack with Joella's trainer, Kylie Gates.
Launches start here this Saturday.

Mike is back to teaching BP and BC so he is making progress.

Have fun

Hey! How are you? How's the job working out? I'm sure you're fantastic at it :) Crazy times around here - I did my RPM taping last night - phew! I just needed it DONE so I can focus on the new chorey because launches are in a few days! Of course, my "other life" is sooo busy too (how come launches area always at the most inconvenient times?!). Oh well :P When can we expect you back in the U.S. for a visit? Mike's still coming to see you, yes? That's awesome! Take care!
